To help yourself in gaining control over your anxiety attacks you need to first recognize what the triggers are of the panic attacks. If you happen to do this then it will give you time to deal with them.
There are some relaxation methods that may help with staying focused and calm. Yoga, meditation, and some breathing techniques can help. When a anxiety attack starts you can react out of proportion and also out of reality. By practising breathing methods you should be able to remain calm and focus to help you stop.
