Another Great Technique for battling Anxiety
A technique that has been great for me is telling myself there is absolutely nothing wrong and there’s no real apparent danger in front of me. Keep your mind focused on the NOW, and not the future. That promotes a slowed down thinking process and forces your thoughts not scramble to the point where you are not effective and instead you’re left powerful in any situation. This is not necssarily a final anxiety cure that will get rid of all of your worries and everything you’ve been dealing with, but I can assure you it will help reduce the feeling you get when you experience anxiety.
