who are the buyers of haute couture?

only few people buy haute couture , but what kinds of people do?

i read that it’s not really celebrties, because 9 out of 10 times it is loaned to them .

so who really buys haute couture in general? is it like models and stuff ???

High society types; mogul’s wives, royalty, heiresses. Celebrities will buy it, but it’s usually men buying the pieces for their arm candy as designers don’t usually lend to a celebrity +1.

    Very rich people. Often they aren’t famous, just high society.
    The models don’t buy it.

    Haute couture are actually costumes some if you strip them apart like wear the top with a differnt bottom then it’s wearable.Stylist borrow them for award shows and so on but if a celebrity likes it then they buy it.

    Haute couture are purchased by costumer stylists for movie shoots,They even are purchased by mega rich people who want to dress to make a statement and also for like photo shoots and so on.

    but remember it’s put together sometimes top to bottom so u can always mix and match or wear it to make a statement so therefore anyone can purchase couture just have to have the money.
