Things That Kids Should Not Be Eating
If you are a parent and have young children then you really should be paying attention to what you are feeding them. Macaroni and cheese out of the box should not be a snack for children and definitely should not be a meal option. Gummy bears, fruit roll ups, pop tarts, noodles and other starchy and sugary foods should not make up the majority of their diets unless you want them to spend their adult years working out on an Air Climber.
Fee your children things that are sensible like lean meats, fruits, and vegetables. This will help to not only prevent childhood obesity, but also adult obesity.
