How Often Should You Be Drinking Water?

This is the age old debate about how much you should be drinking water. While no matter who you ask, you will get different answers… I would like to tell you what my professional opinion is. I bet you are really going to like it too because it’s pretty easy.

Rather than worry about drinking eight glasses of water a day, just drink when you are thirsty. You body does a good job of letting you know when it needs something to drink. If you pay attention to your thirst over the course of a week, you’ll see that some days you dink a ton of water and some days you don’t.

There is one thing that I really want you to pay attention to and make sure you always do this first. Whenever you feel hungry, rather than go grab some food, go drink some water. Many times, you will think you’re hungry when in fact you will only be thirsty. This is a small tip that can help to knock some unneeded weight off your frame.

Water is really helpful when you have great fitness programs with exercises to lose weight. Water helps your lean muscle mass grow faster and recover better, so it’s a necessary part of your fitness routine.
