When you begin to get stronger and more advanced, I highly suggest you pick up a full set of bands. Bands are great pieces of equipment because they allow you to get great resistance workouts and they don’t cost a lot of money.
Overtime, I suggest you begin to build yourself a dumbbell set. This is much more expensive, but once you have a good sized set of dumbbells, you will practically have a full gym minus a few other pieces of equipment.
Working out in your home provides a lot of benefits, but it also has it’s cons. The choice is really up to you because either way, you can get a great workout from your home and do it just as fast as if you were working out in a gym.
