Is dry clean clothes really clean? Is dry clean cleaner or washing it in the machine?

I never buy dry cleaning clothes. first most of them are more expensive and it cost more money and time to dry clean. Although I do have clothes that are given by a special someone, and i just want to know. is dry clean really clean?
I found that if I took my clothes to the dry cleaners, they really dont care about stains too much. I work at a restaurant and my uniforms are always stained. They dont do a good job of checking to make sure they disappear.
However, if I launder my own uniforms, I can just keep washing them until the stains are gone; and its cheaper.

How Does a Dry Cleaner Wash Your Clothes?
There are two types of garment cleaning: wet cleaning and dry cleaning. Dry cleaning is suitable for delicate fabrics and other clothes which cannot be washed by water. Dry cleaning is a method to wash dirt and stains by using a solvent instead of water. This is a very effective way to remove fatty stains, without changing the garment shape and altering the texture and the color of the fabric materials. Dry cleaning is less effective for washing dirts that are easily soluble in water.

It is clean, they use a solvent to " dry clean" so it is a cleaning chemical, after many dry cleanings, some white clothes tend to get a yellowish color to them,,, the nature of the beast. but to answer your question, yes, it is clean…

If you ever saw how dirty the dry cleaning solvent is, you wouldn’t take anything there. They just keep filtering it to keep ithe big lumps out of it.
